  • What are your business hours?

    Monday:  7AM-9PM       Saturday: 8AM-6PM

    Tuesday:  CLOSED         Sunday: 7AM-9PM

    Wednesday: CLOSED

    Thursday: 8AM-6PM

    Friday: 8AM-6PM


  • Where are you located?

    As of right now, we don't have a main office. We're only providing 'Mobile Services' at this time.

  • What is 'Mobile Service'?

    It's simple! We come to you. There's no need to leave the comforts of your home. We'll provide all that you'll need to enjoy your service.

  • What is my 'Arrival Time Policy'

    Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

  • What is your 'Age Restriction Policy'

    Our spa services are only available to guests aged 18 and above. Guests under the age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • What is your 'Cancellation Policy'?

    Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 3 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you WILL BE charged a 50% cancellation fee.

  • What 'Payment Methods' do you accept?

    We accept debit and credit across all major brands - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amercian Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 


    We DO NOT accept cash!

  • What is your 'No Call/No Show Policy'?

    Understand that while we value your time, we also value our therapists too. If you fail to call and/or show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the FULL price for your service. After 3 failures to arrive to your scheduled appointment, a ban will be placed on your profile.

  • What are is your 'Gratuities Policy'

    Tip are greatly appreciated for excellent service, but not required. The standard gratuity is 15-20% of the total service cost.

  • What is your 'Conduct Policy'

    We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behave inappropriately, or engages in any form of harrassment towards our staff.
